"INSANITY IS THE OVERT OR COVERT BUT ALWAYS COMPLEX AND CONTINUOUS DETERMINATION TO HARM OR DESTROY." LRH
If one can step back and look at the current conflicts in the middle east, Ukraine and Syria from an exterior viewpoint, certain basic principles come to light which explain each situation and might even lead to a why that offers a resolution to each conflict.
Understanding the basic concepts that cause conflict is the first step.
We have, first of all, the THIRD PARTY LAW as discovered by LRH.
"I have for a very long time studied the causes of violence and conflict amongst individuals and nations.
If Chaldea could vanish, if Babylon turn to dust, if Egypt could become a badlands, if Sicily could have 160 prosperous cities and be a looted ruin before the year zero and a near desert ever since-and all this in SPITE of all the work and wisdom and good wishes and intent of human beings, then it must follow as the dark follows sunset that something must be unknown to Man concerning all his works and ways. And that this something must be so deadly and so pervasive as to destroy all his ambitions and his chances long before their time.
Such a thing would have to be some natural law unguessed at by himself.
And there is such a law, apparently, that answers these conditions of being deadly, unknown and embracing all activities.
The law would seem to be:
A THIRD PARTY MUST BE PRESENT AND UNKNOWN IN EVERY QUARREL FOR A CONFLICT TO EXIST.
FOR A QUARREL TO OCCUR, AN UNKNOWN THIRD PARTY MUST BE ACTIVE IN PRODUCING IT BETWEEN TWO POTENTIAL OPPONENTS.
WHILE IT IS COMMONLY BELIEVED TO TAKE TWO TO MAKE A FIGHT, A THIRD PARTY MUST EXIST AND MUST DEVELOP IT FOR ACTUAL CONFLICT TO OCCUR.
It is very easy to see that two in conflict are fighting. They are very visible. What is harder to see or suspect is that a third party existed and actively promoted the quarrel.
The usually unsuspected and "reasonable" third party, the bystander who denies any part of it is the one that brought the conflict into existence in the first place.
The hidden third party, seeming at times to be a supporter of only one side, is to be found as the instigator.
This is a useful law on many dynamics.
It is the cause of war.
One sees two fellows shouting bad names at each other, sees them come to blows. No one else is around. So they, of course, "caused the fight". But there was a third party. Tracing these down, one comes upon incredible data. That is the trouble. Incredible is too easily rejected. One way to hide things is to make them incredible."
Looking at this and looking at the Middle East conflict between Israel and Palestine some observations come to light.
Firstly we need to isolate the actual conflict. This is not between Israelis and Palestinians. But between specific groups, and possibly individuals, within those nations. On the Israeli side we have the Zionist movement, hell bent on eliminating Palestine from the face of the earth. This group, despite its power over the Israeli government does not represent all Israelis. In fact, what is not reported in the media is that many Israelis protest the war against Palestine. On the Palestine side we have the Hamas group within Palestine continuously creating the war with Israel.
Let's look at the third party. Does this just have to be a person or organisation in present time? Or could it be an entity, person or group in the past which has had an overwhelming influence upon one or both parties involved in a conflict?
As has been pointed out, an SP is not in his own valence (You could say humorously, not in his right mind) but is in an evil valence. Such a valence could be in present time from another person or it could be one restimulated from the past. Such a valence could conceivably be a third party.
But it is very likely that there is a third party in present time actively promoting these conflicts. It is known that the US Government funds Israel to the tune of millions of dollars. What may not be generally known is that the CIA also has funded Hamas along with other terrorist groups, such as ISIS. It is now known they funded and trained terrorists such as Al Qaeda and Saddam Hussein. Then funded the defence against those groups. This makes them a third party in those instances.*
Such groups would become heavily PTS and eventually adopt the evil valance themselves due to mutual out ruds, overts and so forth.
Some information on valences, which can be applied to groups and nations just as much as individuals would be helpful here.
"The preclear is often found in valences (other identities): his father's or mother's or marital partners or any or all of thousands of possible people. He is unable to achieve or obtain (he thinks) enough identity or an identity of his own. He decries or criticizes the identities of others (fails to grant beingness to them).
He himself cannot obtain enough identity to feel he has an identity. Identity is so scarce that it's too valuable. Nobody must have one. To be with such a person is therefore an uncomfortable experience since he does not credit our identity, does not grant us beingness.
The "cure" for this is elementary. Let us say he is obviously in father's valence (identity). He got into father's valence when he found he could get no attention from mother.
Observing that father got some of her attention, he took father's identity. However, let us say he didn't like father. The Auditor finds him hating "himself". "Himself" is really father."
There is more but the point is well illustrated by the adoption by the Zionist state to the German Nazi movement who effectively show the Jews, during World War II, who the winning valence was. Having had it demonstrated so effectively to them, the Israeli nation is now dramatizing that valence and embarking on a program of eradicating the people and nation of Palestine. (See illustration of the gradual reduction of Palestine over the course of several years). (As an aside, any Palestinians surviving this attempted genocide will, in all likelihood, perpetuate this upon another suffering nation as, after all, the Israelis had had the winning valence and therefore should be adopted).
Not all down to them of course. Hamas, being funded with rockets and other weapons of war by arms dealers (most of which are USA) is being urged to continuously provoke Israel so they will continue to batter at Palestine until it is completely gone.
"The United States goes to war with Japan; nothing much occurs as a result of the war - perhaps. And then we all of a sudden have President Eisenhower talking about loss of face. Well, it's very interesting to have an American president use a Japanese term. We give the Wehrmacht a hell of a shellacking, and during the war nobody is being the Wehrmacht, that's for sure. The 88s are going on one side and the 22s are going on the other side, and we have a good, solid, flat-out, knockdown-drag-out war. And nothing happens during this period of time that is at all upsetting, except people get-ting killed and buildings blown down, and so forth. But everybody is too interested to have any stable data to amount to anything
And then after the war, there's a discussion about "should American troops goose-step?" There was, you know? Now, we add in World War I to it and we find American troops wearing German helmets. It's fascinating This gets more and more fascinating.
Now, we can understand the Confederacy all wearing Federal uniforms during the Civil War, because they didn't have any but there were lots of Federal dead to take them off of That wasn't much of a stable datum. But today we find the Confederacy is very stuck in the Confederacy."
The Prior Confusion
And so the Nazi valence continues.
The same could be said for the conflict in Syria where both parties are being funded, and this is not a paltry few thousand dollars mind you. Millions are being invested in such conflicts. These rockets, tanks and other weapons of war are not cheap K-Mart items. They cost a few hundred thousand, possibly millions, each to buy.
Who is profiting by this? Certainly not the civilian populations of all these nations who live in perpetual fear and misery and being 'educated' into believing the opposite side is the enemy.
The opposite side is only the enemy in so far as they have adopted the evil valence demonstrated to them to be the winning valence.
In the case of Israel/Palestine one could say that the third party is the Nazi regime. But it is more than that. That valence is being validated and continuously pushed in order to achieve some specific purpose.
Brokering 'peace deals' and 'cease fires', albeit temporary, will not resolve the situation as they reside over a lie. That the two two opposing forces are really opposed to each other. One has to as-is the situation. This is not done by reacting to the actions of the other side. That simply makes them right in their own eyes and so the conflict persists.
Finding out the WHO behind the conflict would be the second step. This means getting other specific parties who are controlling their side of the conflict.
"Quarrels between an individual and an organisation are nearly always caused by an individual third party or a third group. The organisation and the individual should get together and isolate the third party by displaying to each other all the data they each have been fed.
Rioters and governments alike could be brought back to agreement could one get representatives of both to give each other what they have been told by whom.
SUCH CONFERENCES HAVE TENDED TO DEAL ONLY IN RECRIMINATIONS OR CONDITIONS OR ABUSES. THEY MUST DEAL IN BEINGS ONLY IN ORDER TO SUCCEED.
This theory might be thought to assert also that there are no bad conditions that cause conflict. There are. But these are usually REMEDIAL BY CONFERENCE UNLESS A THIRD PARTY IS PROMOTING CONFLICT.
In history we have a very foul opinion of the past because it is related by recriminations of two opponents and has not spotted the third party. "Underlying causes" of war should read "hidden promoters".
There are no conflicts which cannot be resolved unless the true promoters of them remain hidden."
Seeking out and acknowledging who the third party is would resolve the conflicts, bring order to the area, reduce the fear and misery and deaths.
But it would take great courage for the parties involved to do so, especially for the party that originated such a course of action. They would have to acknowledge that they would be right in doing so and not, as is current, right in perpetuating the conflict of war.
In war, there are no winners. Even the hidden promoters are destroying their own future.
